Accounting of EU projects

• Preparing estimates of expenses for the year,
• Preparing correct, in terms of formal and substantive requirements, application for payment,
• Current monitoring of accounting documents in terms of compliance with project assumptions, competition documentation and the rules
• describing the accounting records in accordance with the guidelines of MRR and IOK,
• Adjusting the accounting of the project to the financial and accounting computer system, through extracted accounting of records in the area of accounting book,
• Making payments (duty, obligation) from an isolated bank account
• Archiving documents in a unified manner and in accordance with the Archiving Instruction (IA),
• Advice on settlement, reporting and monitoring,
• Preparation of monthly schedules of applications for payment,
• Reports of eligible expenditure in the project currently underway, the division of costs into appropriate categories in accordance with the approved project budget,
• Service of PEFS system,
• Ongoing consultation and advice to the client,
• Recommendation of reliable partners in order to effectively implement the project.
